The Tapered pipe cleaner has a metal rod inner that is covered in a soft cotton with one end being thicker than the other to produce a ‘Tapered’ draw through pipe cleaner. This is a great way to clean a lot of your smoking kit from dry pipes to cones and down stems.

prawna I have a 3 Arm Percolated Ash Catcher which has some pretty tight angles at the top. I had real difficulties with the coarse pipe cleaners as they are much stiffer making it harder to get past the bend. The tapered pipe cleaners whilst not as abrasive as the prickly pipe cleaners are an awesome way to make all 3 arms work evenly.
