Shopify Fantastic for measuring sensitive quantities, especially for coffee grounds, spice, or even tobacco I suppose. Though I haven't calibrated my own unit yet it seems to work perfectly fine for weighing things to two decimal places of precision.
Build quality is adequate. You get what you pay for (all-plastic construction, in this case) but the use of common AA batteries instead of button cell batteries for powering the device is a nice convenience.
