It also includes a metal tab that can be used to extinguish the flame when you are finished using the product. This is for the health conscious or anyone not wanting to breathe in butane and other harmful chemicals.

Pretty useful

If you are worried about burning your bowl, Grab one of these as they burn a cooler than a bic lighter, and can be extingwished with your fingers.
Pros
Can be extinguished with fingers, Burns for a long time, easy to quarter a bowl.
Cons
Leaves ash,Leaves a smell of burnt wax, Can be a pain to put out if you're blowing smoke out a window :/
