Hops are widely used throughout the world and have been used for many centuries. The most common use for hops is to help treat insomnia, anxiety, irritability and nervous tension. Hops have also been known to be used as a mild sedative and to help treat coughs, bladder and liver problems.
General use is through an infusion creating a tea that you drink. Place 2-3 teaspoons into a container for every 250ml of boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes. After this please strain the hops from the infused water and drink.
