This glass adapter allows you to convert an 18mm glass joint to a 14mm joint. This then allows you to make full use of all of your 14mm accessories on your 18mm pieces.

Dan It does exactly what it is supposed to do -- reduces your stem size - I use it so I can get a SG14 single shot cone to fit my SG18 stem - it sits flush with the stem so it doesn't make the cone stick out - it's awesome.

Adrian Smooth finish, nice low profile, doesn't extend the length of the stem more 7-8mm. Works nicely.
