Tim im satisfied with this stem piece. Its quite solid compared to the cheep tobacconist ones id usually buy and break. Its very smooth to remove stem or cone. The little cursive 'Ehle' above the ground joint is a nice touch. However is doesn't have diffuser slits. Unfortunately you cant tell from the image.
