Black Leaf Shower Head + Matrix Bong

Was hoping for instructions. As the water level is hard to get right, you very easily get a mouthful of dirty bong water. Otherwise it's sweet, but also what can I use with the attachments you gave me ( I paid extra obviously lol.), If you chop your weed or have it with spin the holes are too big on the cone pieces it just falls through before it burns, so I'm using a metal one that you can't pull out like your meant to.
Sorry that sounds like a lot of whinging and apologies, but it was a hectic expensive Billy!
Anyways apart from that it's beautiful construction and very smooth on the odd occasion you can get it right lol! Thanks for your time and it would be great to hear from you soon, I intend to keep it and look forward to when I can get it working ok! Thanks Daniel
