16 Hole Diffuser Stem 18.8mm/SG18

These 16 hole diffuser downstems are made out of borosilicate glass, this is a 16 hole diffused downstem. This downstem consists of a SG18 ground joint to a SG18 joint. Diffuser stems provide a much smoother smoke for a greater smoking experience. The stem also features a larger hole on the end to help prevent blockages.
